Weston any thoughts on today's (Friday Feb 2) bipolar yen? TNX popped 15bps on blowout US jobs, dollar yen surged from 146.5 to 147.5 then drifted above 148. Dollar mania? Folks offsides needing to liquidate? 148 seems like intermediate resistance. Pure bipolar noise or some fundamental shift. Powell higher for longer w strong economy and wage growth? Lots of chatter about US productivity growth.
